Prospective Instructors

Welcome to Learning Design Group, LLC.

You may be a seasoned instructor with years of experience in a face-to-face or traditional classroom environment, but are just now exploring online teaching. Or, you've taught an online course or two and have "caught the bug" and want to explore more of what this medium of delivery has to offer to both teachers and students. Maybe, you already know how great it can be to reach learners from every corner of the globe with your content, creating an environment rich in diversity and empowerment. Whatever the reason that brought you here, we are so glad you are interested in teaching for us.

Making the commitment to teaching online is a big decision. We want you to know from the outset that it will be harder than you may have imagined, take longer than you thought, and involve more than just you and your content to be successful. We are sure you have lots of questions, so we have included a link to our FAQ section. It contains the answers to the most commonly asked questions from instructors just like you. We know that the FAQ section is by no means an exhaustive list, so we invite you to contact us with any questions you may have.

In addition to answering your questions about teaching and learning online, Learning Design Group, LLC also provides a facilitated instructor training program. Every instructor who teaches for LDG must complete this training program or satisfactorily demonstrate the required competencies.
